Treatment-related AML (t-AML) is an example of secondary AML, that usually occurs in patients who have been previously treated with chemotherapeutic regimens that contain Alkylating agents, Topoisomerase inhibitors, Anthracyclines and maybe other drugs like fluorouracil derivatives.
